Wheel weights stick on are typically adhesive-backed and stick onto the rim of a wheel. They are used to balance the wheel by counteracting any imbalance caused by uneven weight distribution in the tire and wheel assembly. The adhesive on the back of the weights allows them to securely adhere to the rim, ensuring they stay in place during normal driving conditions.
Wheel weights stick on, also known as self-adhesive wheel weights, are easy to apply and remove, and most won’t damage your wheel. When automotive technicians adjust the balance of tires, wheel weights are used to correct any imbalances. Placing the correct weight in the right spot ensures proper tire performance.

Zinc weights are lightweight and corrosion-resistant, particularly in areas prone to salt or moisture exposure. In comparison, steel weights are more durable and suitable for heavy-duty applications, for example, passenger vehicles and trucks.
